Kimco Staffing is currently seeking for a Returns Coordinator in Rancho Cucamonga!
This Position has an Hourly Rate 19.00 to $20 / Hr.
Schedule : Monday-Thursday 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM and Friday 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00PM
Job Responsibilities :
- Process a high volume of retail returns received through phone, fax, email, and web channels.
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to returns and customer inquiries.
Provide assistance to sales representatives and vendors in addressing customer complaints and concerns.
Adhere to strict deadlines and follow company protocols for return processing.
Utilize strong tenkey and typing skills to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in resolving customer issues and providing satisfactory solutions.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in using ERP systems for data entry and processing.
Strong tenkey and typing skills with high accuracy and speed, testing is required.
