Are you an experienced professional in utility development projects? Growing company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Utility Project Coordinator to lead and oversee development projects, ensuring smooth coordination between developers, municipalities, and company divisions.
What Youll Do :
- Serve as a key liaison between company departments, developers, and agencies
Prepare and manage development agreements in coordination with legal teams
Oversee project tracking, compliance, and approvals to meet company standards
Lead meetings with developers, municipalities, and utilities to coordinate new projects
Ensure all necessary permits, easements, and approvals are secured before construction
Train and guide company employees on development services procedures
What Were Looking For :
5 years in technical review or design of water infrastructure with a utility company
Knowledge of ADEQ, ADWR, ACC regulations, mapping, drafting, and materials used in water systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Earth Pro, and ARCGIS
Must obtain an ADEQ Grade 2 Water Distribution Certification within 12 months of start date.
Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs. and make field visits as needed
