Overview
Kimley-Horn's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA) office is seeking a Construction Engineer / Project Manager with 8 years of experience to join their Data Center team! This is not a remote position and will require regular travel to the Lehigh Valley site.
Responsibilities
- Site visits
- PCSM inspections with documentation
- Close outs : CS forms, as-builts, EPS Coordination, etc.
- Respond to RFI's and submittals
- Join OAC calls
- Coordinate with client construction team, CM, GC, site subcontractors, third party reviewers, etc.
- Assist in field revision design / coordination
- This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of engineers and designers on a variety of projects
- You will flourish on both building meaningful internal and external professional relationships
- You will work closely and collaboratively with other industry leading professionals, various jurisdictions, and contractors
