Overview
Kimley-Horn is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC! This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by identifying top talent and shaping the future of our firm. Responsibilities
- Support the Carolinas Region recruiting efforts for entry-level and experienced professionals across the firm.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent, including passive candidates.
- Enhance employer branding by creating marketing tools and showcasing Kimley-Horn as a best place to work.
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system, employee referral program, and recruitment initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top candidates.
- Champion the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging process from application to hire.
- Promote and drive engagement with the employee referral program.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and Excel
- Ability to travel across the Carolinas as needed.
- Professional presence with a people-first mindset and relationship-building expertise
