About the Position
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring successful, on-time, and on-budget completion. Partnering closely with superintendents, you will manage every aspect of the project, from planning to final delivery. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on client satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, budgets, quality control, safety standards, and workforce coordination, while ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Responsibilities :
- Lead all assigned projects, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and respect to everyone at all times.
- Set project direction, align resources, and execute at a high standard to achieve project goals.
- Establish initial client contact to assess scope of work and identify required resources for successful project completion.
- Supervise the total construction effort to ensure adherence to safety, quality, design, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Interface directly with client representatives, architects, engineers, and other contractors.
- Develop and manage the project schedule to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, and income / expenses.
