About the Company :
Regional Multifamily real estate Developer, Builder and Operator in Houston, Texas. Specializing in the construction and development of luxury multifamily communities in Texas. Operating as the owner, developer, and builder of luxury apartment projects in Texas, the mountains and the sunbelt. This position is within the General Contracting arm of the company to build for their own portfolio.
About the Position :
Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join their team in Austin to build a luxury midrise project near downtown. The individual will support the field and office time tracking RFIs and contracts using Procore, as well as managing all appropriate subcontractors for their portion of the project. This project is $100m, 8-story midrise. There is a phase II after completion.
Requirements :
- 5 years of field experience with a General Contractor building relevant projects- apartments, hospitality, condos, both stick and / or metal / concrete frame.
- Prior project experience with multifamily, or mid-rise or hi-rise is preferred.
