What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Senior Mechanical Engineer position at Kimmel & Associates?
As a Senior Engineer, you will prepare detailed designs for HVAC, steam, and industrial process piping projects. You will perform HVAC and piping system load calculation, equipment selection, ductwork and pipe sizing, control sequence creation, and specification development. You will also provide information to our estimating team relative to bid packages and provide engineering input into the operation plans for system commissioning and start-ups. On projects you design, you will create all documents for submission and permitting and interact with field teams to ensure your designs are installed and commissioned successfully.
