Hiring for an Estimator, responsible for accurate takeoffs of commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects up to 7 figures in value. Additional duties include reading specifications and bid documents, preparing and submitting RFIs, attending walkthroughs and job inspections, obtaining bids from vendors and subs and maintaining estimating software as required. Scope of work ranges wide, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, process piping, fire protection and even some electrical estimates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field is not required, but preferred in lieu of trade experience.
- 5 years of prior Estimating work experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in software and tools.
