About the Position :
The project manager will oversee and plan all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including tracking and forecasting financials and coordinating with field supervisors, fabrication and detailing personnel, and project engineers. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling change management and budgeting, overseeing subcontractors and vendors, negotiating contracts, attending project meetings, mentoring team members, and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and future opportunities.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is not required, but preferred in lieu of trade experience.
5 years of prior Project Manager work experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
