About the Position :
The ideal candidate is well versed in the residential design and construction renovations from either the manufacturing, design showroom, or builder side of the business. This leader will manage and oversee all facets of the organization including employees, vendors, and shareholder relationships. The ideal candidates must have a proven track record of successful leadership, operations management, business development, and fiscal responsibility. National Sales or Marketing experience with kitchen and bath manufacturing products is a plus. This is a 100% remote position with some travel involved. The President will report to the Board of Directors. The dynamic, high-integrity organization is poised for growth for the next President.
