Construction Laborer – Entry Level

Location: Fort Smith, AR and surrounding areas (within 1 hour)

Pay: $15/hour

Kimmons Design and Build Inc is a residential construction company that specializes in building ICF homes, ICF pools/spas, and outdoor entertainment.

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Construction Laborer to assist with various on-site tasks. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth. Work is primarily outdoors and varies by project.

• Assist in general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, cleaning, and material handling
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow basic safety procedures
• Work independently when needed and take initiative on tasks

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic experience in construction or general labor preferred
• Must be able to work independently and take direction
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bonus if bilingual (Spanish/English), but not required

• Consistent work within 1 hour of Fort Smith
