Job Summary: The ERP System Administrator is responsible for overseeing the administration, configuration, and support of Kimray’s ERP system. This includes ensuring optimal system performance, managing user access, implementing updates, customizing workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business requirements, and supporting users by helping them directly or coordinating with support partners. The role requires a strong understanding of NetSuite’s features and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise. While NetSuite is the cornerstone of the ERP, the administrator must become familiar with and support Kimray’s entire system of systems.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software related to the company’s ERP system
- Manages the Management of Change (MOC) Process for ERP-related systems and data
- Maintains technical documentation, manuals, and IT procedures
- Assists in monitoring and enhancing the integration between software systems
- Monitors, resolves, and mitigates ERP production issues
- Provides recommendations for improving the system security, environment, and performance
- Applies and coordinates upgrades and patches of to the ERP System and its software components
- User Management & Support-
- Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access controls and security protocols are in place.
- Provide direct, end-user support, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Coordinates user support with third-party providers and other support organizations.
- Establishes and maintains excellent customer satisfaction
- Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health and Environmental Safety team member
- Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
- Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in ERP Administration required
- Suitable NetSuite certification preferred
- Experience and familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and customization tools preferred
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, such as Advanced Manufacturing preferred
- Must have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Must pass background check and drug screen
