This is an exciting new FT role working for a brand experience agency. Our client is looking for a Production (Event Coordinator) to join their agency!
The Role
The Production (Event) Coordinator will support the Producer in the execution of a range of brand experiences and activations.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Supporting the Producer with managing and coordinating all aspects of events from concept through to suppliers, proposals and event delivery
- Assisting with the management of all event logistics and administration
- Support the contract management and manage suppliers including venues, audio visual, catering and transportation providers
- Providing the highest support to clients at all times
- Conducting site inspections
- Managing event timelines, milestones and event run sheets
- Serve as the point of contact for event attendees and answer any queries
- Manage all event registrations, guest lists and VIP invitations and requirements for attendees

The anticipated base salary range for the Executive Producer role is $65,000 - $75,000 benefits dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
