The Company
Our Client is a global brand experience agency seeking a Senior Producer. These role will deliver a portfolio of experiential events, projects and campaigns for global brands. The company delivers brand experiences including events, product launches, campaigns, premieres and conferences.
The Role
The Senior Producer will be responsible for the execution end to end of all live and hybrid events, experiential projects and campaigns. The role will work extensively within the production department, as well as cross functionally within the agency. The Senior Producer will report to the EP.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of events, projects and and campaigns from concept through to brief, ideation, execution and reconciliation
- Client relationship management and communications
- Day to day management of a team of staff. Must ensure all staff adhere to company culture, values and deliver to the highest level
- Managing project timelines, production schedules, critical paths, run sheets and supplier contracts
- Managing large project budgets and reporting to ensure financial profitability and value for clients
- Contracting and managing suppliers and vendors including venues, audio visual, creative, and technical staff
- Participating in the creative ideation process to brainstorm concepts
- Conducting site inspections and client presentations
- Ensuring the highest level of service to all clients
- Reports into the EP.

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $125,000 - $160,000 benefits annually, dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
