What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Coordinator position at Kincaid Retirement & Wealth Management, LLC?
Role Details
- Prepare, process, submit and track new client business
- All applications / paperwork for new accounts
- All service request paperwork (withdrawals, transfers, MoneyLink, start income, acct changes, bene updates, name changes, address changes)
- Email Advisory Docs to appropriate clients
- Email Special Tax Notice ahead of RO CALLS
- Run monthly AUM out report in Orion
- Answer phones and provide customer service needed or refer action to Team
- Order Supplies : FSI / Salle Law / Costco / SAMs
- Prepare “stack-up” for next day’s appointments, including : printing statement(s), adding RT note for ADVISORY DOCUMENTS emailed and add sales to tracker, and promptly re-filing all client files following appointment
- Greet Clients / Prospects; offer coffee or water; seat in conference room per Advisor
- Check stock of coffee / creamer / sweetener / cups / napkins / bottled water (3 types) / chocolates
- Mail or Ship as needed : Birthday Cards, Reminder Postcards, Thank You Notes, and Get Well or Sympathy Sentiments / Gifts
- Create New Client Folders for AUM / FIA / LIFE
- Receive direction from advisor and other team members on tasks that need to be executed for the office as a whole or for individual clients
