Location:
This position is Hybrid - in-office Monday - Thursday, Remote on Fridays for any candidates residing within 30 miles of the corporate office and Remote for all other candidates residing outside of that radius.
Position Summary:
This role is designed to report to the SVP, Operational Risk Governance and manage the client administration department on a daily basis. The Client Administration Manager will be responsible for managing and facilitating all broker and non-delegated correspondent applications, agency sponsorships, annual recertifications, ongoing broker account management and changes, client administration staff management, weekly, routine reporting to senior level executives and other management level administrative, reporting and monitoring tasks as needed.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- New broker and non-delegated correspondent applications via Comergence
- Annual recertifications via Comergence
- Broker setup in broker administration portal
- Review and processing of Comergence Daily Due Diligence Alerts
- Daily and/or weekly reporting to SVP Operational Risk and wholesale leadership
- Responsible for ensuring application turnaround times meet company SLAs
- Quarterly and/or monthly quality audits of new broker, correspondent approvals and setup
- Responsible for ensuring accurate broker records are maintained in Comergence & Broker Portal
- Assist with Veterans Affairs, FNMA and FHA TPO sponsorships and annual lender renewals, audits.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining current policies and procedures
- Responsible for daily monitoring of Client Admin Support Inbox to ensure SLAs are met
Experience and Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of prior broker approval, counterparty risk/TPO oversight experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Comergence preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Visio, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to meet management level efficiency and performance standards.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Pay Disclosure:
The starting base salary for this position is $80,000 annually. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Work Authorization:
Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship.
