We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Community Relations and Marketing Director to join our team in Statesville, NC. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, fostering community engagement, and driving occupancy growth for our Assisted Living Facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare marketing and a passion for serving seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Outreach: Develop and execute marketing and community outreach plans to enhance brand awareness and maintain full occupancy.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and cultivate referral sources, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive move-ins through strategic sales efforts.
- Community Engagement: Represent the facility at networking events, community programs, and professional associations to build relationships and enhance visibility.
- Tours & Relationship Management: Conduct facility tours, respond to inquiries, and educate prospective residents and families on the benefits of assisted living.
- Resident & Family Engagement: Work closely with residents, families, and staff to foster a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends in the senior living industry, track competitors, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work with the Executive Director and care teams to develop initiatives that improve resident satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing, sales, or community relations within assisted living, senior living, or healthcare.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- Sales & Relationship-Building Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
- Event Planning: Experience in planning and coordinating marketing events and community outreach programs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work some evenings and weekends for events and community engagements.
