Terminal Business Operations Role
The selected individual will undergo a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of bulk terminal business operations.

During the training process, you will work directly with the Terminal Manager and department heads. You will also be assigned various projects to develop your skills and support operations at different facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform job duties in accordance with regulations
- Follow all Kinder Morgan Policies and Procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Science, or related field (desired)
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Prior experience working in an industrial setting in a leadership role (a plus)
Essential Qualifications
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and understand written material, including basic numerical calculations
- Independence and self-motivation
- Ability to accept supervision/direction and work cooperatively with others
- Must possess safety training and security certification as required by customers and Kinder Morgan locations
- Ability to deal with evolving operating conditions with few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to work on or near waterways, accessing barges/floating docks
Working Conditions
- Overtime may be required and is anticipated
- Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed and required
