">As a Shift Lead Person at Kinder Morgan's railcar terminal, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and directing the activities of assigned employees, providing guidance and training, and assisting in troubleshooting difficulties in all operations.
">Key Requirements:
">• High School Graduate or equivalent
">• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Work, and database applications
">• Experience using hand tools performing general maintenance tasks
">• Valid drivers license
">Preferred Qualifications:
">• Prior experience in bulk handling facility
">• Prior supervisory experience
">• Experience operating trucks, loaders, conveyors, excavators, and hydraulic forklifts
">Working Conditions:
">• Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
">• Must be available to respond to call-out assignments
