We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Real Estate team! The Real Estate team initiates and owns the execution of the new school growth strategy.
As the Coordinator, you will work alongside the Director of Real Estate and several Real Estate Managers to ensure that new sites are moving forward and that project landmarks are met.
As a critical driver of the team's success, you will interact with cross-functional teams and with external partners. Responsibilities :
- Support research efforts in new potential sites by analyzing market statistics, demographics, trade areas, competition, and site availability / viability.
Gathering data via web research, phone calls / emails; summarizing research for distribution to the team
Working closely with cross functional business partners, both internally and externally, and most importantly with the Real Estate leadership team
Sharing continuous input on process improvement for workflows to reduce timelines for new sites Qualifications :
Excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills; strong attention to detail
