About the Role:
As an Early Childhood Education Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated educators and support families in their educational journey. You will be responsible for hiring, engaging, and developing a team of passionate and committed professionals, as well as cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
You will also use your business acumen and leadership skills to grow KinderCare's presence in the community, attracting new families and children to our centers. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of solid leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing and inspiring teams.
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
- Budget and financial accountability, with experience in revenue generation preferred.
- National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and state licensing knowledge preferred.
