As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include :

• Leading, coaching, and mentoring other educators in your classroom; modeling effective teaching behaviors and providing constructive feedback.
• Implementing KinderCare's curriculum tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Creating a safe and nurturing environment that encourages both play and learning.
• Building strong partnerships with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Contributing to your center's success and collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.
• Fostering positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and corporate partners.

Required Skills and Experience :

Compensation ranges from $21.10 to $27.05 per hour.
