- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each child

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ongoing customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
- Approved state trainer (preferred)
