">As a Teacher and Learning Facilitator, you will:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each child; ">

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, educators, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners; ">
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge; ">
- Serve as a role model and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues. ">
Requirements:
">We're looking for individuals with a strong background in early childhood education, including a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements. Approved state trainer status is preferred, as well as 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
