Job Duties:
- Lead and coach less experienced teachers in your classroom.
- Implement KinderCare's curriculum and develop engaging lesson plans.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
- Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
Requirements:
- Ongoing Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
- Approved state trainer (preferred).
- 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
