Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively. You should also have an active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements. Approved state trainer certification is preferred, as is 2-3 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is also desirable. Additionally, you must meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
