">You will be responsible for creating a culture of support within the school, learning all essential functions for each position, and managing the operation of the school in the Director's absence. You will also inspire team members by leading by example and fostering a positive work environment.
">Requirements
">We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community. A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience, is required. Additionally, you should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
