In this role, you will:
- Lead and supervise a group of teachers to design and implement engaging lesson plans
- Ensure your site meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Partner with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for their children
- Cultivate strong relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
Essential Requirements:
- At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on children's lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
