To succeed in this role, you will need outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. Possessing an active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements is also essential. Additionally, having experience in early childhood education, being physically able to lift 40 pounds, and possessing CPR and First Aid Certification are highly desirable.
