The Learning Experience is seeking a skilled Transportation Educator to join our team. As a Transportation Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging learning environment for young children on the road.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and stimulating atmosphere for children during transportation.
- Use growth mindset principles to foster a love of learning among preschoolers.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum while transporting children.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents and center staff regarding child activities and updates.
Requirements:
- Certified Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with P and S endorsements.
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (preferred) or high school diploma/GED (required).
- Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and care.
