Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment for children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a love of learning through educational games, crafts, and storytelling
- Promote social skills and positive behavior management techniques
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills
