Key Responsibilities:
- Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and grow.
- Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and at least 1 year of childcare experience
- A passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or childcare is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
- Basic knowledge of child development and educational best practices.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $16.90 per hour

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Application Question(s):
- This position will be 23-24 hours a week and Monday through Friday and a split shift.
Program (in-ratio hours) are: : 6:30-8:15 and 3:05-6:00
