Join KinderCare’s Corporate Strategy team and help craft the future! As the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, you’ll identify growth opportunities, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with teams across the organization to drive large-scale initiatives that position KinderCare for long-term success. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Strategy, you’ll play a key role in driving transformation and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy development for key initiatives like brand strategy, product innovation, and digital transformation.
  • Analyze critical challenges and recommend actionable solutions to optimize strategic decisions.
  • Handle initiatives end-to-end, bridging the gap between concept and execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Define project charters, set goals (including objectives and key results), and oversee timelines, collaboration, and delivery.
  • Partner with leadership to supervise progress, measure impact, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.
  • Assist Senior Leadership with the annual planning process, providing materials and insights to develop corporate and growth strategies.
  • Assess external trends and internal factors to see opportunities and inform strategic direction.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years in strategy, consulting, business development, or operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with multi-unit growth strategies, business P&Ls, and translating ideas into actionable plans is a strong plus.
  • Critical thinking with outstanding communication skills
  • Able to thrive in ambiguity and builds trust across teams.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and data tools like Power BI.
