Reporting to the Director of Corporate Strategy, you’ll play a key role in driving transformation and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy development for key initiatives like brand strategy, product innovation, and digital transformation.
- Analyze critical challenges and recommend actionable solutions to optimize strategic decisions.
- Handle initiatives end-to-end, bridging the gap between concept and execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define project charters, set goals (including objectives and key results), and oversee timelines, collaboration, and delivery.
- Partner with leadership to supervise progress, measure impact, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.
- Assist Senior Leadership with the annual planning process, providing materials and insights to develop corporate and growth strategies.
- Assess external trends and internal factors to see opportunities and inform strategic direction.
- 2 years in strategy, consulting, business development, or operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with multi-unit growth strategies, business P&Ls, and translating ideas into actionable plans is a strong plus.
- Critical thinking with outstanding communication skills
- Able to thrive in ambiguity and builds trust across teams.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and data tools like Power BI.
