Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and Vice Presidents. This position will be responsible for scheduling, communication, and responding to emails. This position will also assist with the organization of events, including planning and coordination of company functions. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the VP of Corporate Operations.
Essential Functions:
·Responsible for scheduling, communication, and responding to emails from clients, vendors, and employees.
·Assist with the organization of events, including planning and coordination of company functions.
·Organize office supplies and order materials as needed.
·Assist with office cleanliness and organization.
·Maintain a positive attitude.
·Assist with the development of internal systems and procedures.
·Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters related to the company’s clients.
·Record and maintain data spreadsheets.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
·High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing a plus.
·2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary preferred (preferred but not required).
·Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
·Strong communication skills (verbal & written) are required for both internal and external clients.
·Strong organizational skills are required with the ability to multitask in a small family-owned business.
·Kinderdance Int. is a smoke and drug-free company. Its employees are held to strict standards.
·Basic dance experience preferred (but not required; ballet/dance terms are often used in written documents).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
