About the Role :
Kinderhook Early Learning Center, LLC is seeking a part-time Early Childhood Caregiver to join our team in Marietta, PA. Hours needed = 2 : 30pm - 6 : 00pm. We offer a supportive and nurturing environment, and we are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to early childhood education.
Responsibilities :
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Observe and document children's development
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required
- CPR and First Aid certification (will provide training if necessary)
- Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
