Position Summary:
We are seeking a charismatic and skilled Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, engaging with guests, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our speakeasy. Your passion for mixology and dedication to providing outstanding service will help create memorable experiences for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of craft cocktails, including signature drinks and classic favorites.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend personalized drink options.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and supplies are stocked and ready for service.
- Monitor and manage the bar's inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service during peak hours.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to enhance your mixology skills.
