Kindlinger & Company, PC, an established and reputable CPA firm located in Traverse City, Michigan, is seeking an Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to join our team. This part-time position will work closely with our Admin team to ensure the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will have a client-centric attitude, an aptitude for learning and using new technology, and the ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients stopping into the office, and responding to or triaging client requests and inquiries as needed
- Answering phones and diagnosing calls
- Scanning and organizing client documents received in office and electronically
- Maintaining and stocking office supply inventory
- Ordering staff lunches
- Running errands - Postal, Supply pick-ups, Lunch pick-ups
- Maintaining the general office space
- Maintaining the confidentiality of our clients

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
