Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and sales team and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, including pricing, availability, order status, and shipping or billing information
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Track and communicate order progress throughout the order lifecycle, proactively resolving any issues
- Collaborate with material vendors and internal teams to manage order logistics and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries or escalate issues when necessary
*May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
- Familiarity with the sales & purchase order fulfillment process helpful.
