- Essential Job Functions :
The Chief R&O Inspector will report to the Director of Quality, and is responsible for regulatory compliance and all quality control duties to ensure the airworthiness of the articles this repair station maintains. The Chief Inspector has the final authority in the releasing to service within the scope of the Air Agency Certificate as revised. In addition, is responsible for direct planning, and laying out the details of inspection standards, methods, and procedures used by the repair station in complying with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, manufacturer's specifications, and recommendations. The Chief Inspector is the primary contact with the FAA Administrator.
