Essential Job FunctionRemoves burrs and sharp edges, and created radius on blades accorrding to customer specification or opsheets

• Demonstrates proficiency in the use of a variety of hand and power tools
• May perform other duties necessary
• Visually and dimensionally inspects part for burrs, sharp edges and radius
• Trains and instructs other employees as directed
• Perform parts measurements and quality checks using digital height gages and calipers; also go / no-go and thread gages
• Enter work order confirmations in Traceability software
• Record measurement data in DMR / QC Gage databases
• Manual deburring and visual inspection of parts after machining using a variety of powered hand tools
