Kinetic Events Staffing is hiring event staff to support a series of high-profile entertainment and sporting events at Stanford University this summer and fall. Our team will assist with guest entry, ticket scanning, bag checks, ushering, wayfinding, and gate management at Stanford Stadium.
We’re looking for reliable, flexible, and professional individuals—especially those with event, security, or venue experience—to join our roster. There will be opportunities to work on other Bay Area events through our agency as well. This is a great fit for those looking for weekend work in a fun, fast-paced environment!

- Saturday, May 31st - 2 PM start (subject to change)
- Sunday, June 1st - 2 PM start (subject to change)
- Saturday, June 28th - 4:30 PM start (subject to change)
Upcoming Shifts - Fall 2025
Exact shift times are typically announced 7-14 days before the event. Full availability on these Saturdays is ideal.
- Saturday, September 13th & Saturday, September 27th
- Saturday, October 18th
- Saturday, November 1st, Saturday, November 22nd & Saturday, November 29th
Additional Event Details
- Shift times will be 6-8 hours in length.
- Pay is $24/hour - we pay weekly via direct deposit!
- Free parking near the venue.
- Staff will need to wear their own tan/khaki pants, white button-down or polo, and comfortable closed-toed neutral-colored shoes. The client will provide a branded jacket and/or vest onsite.
Job Requirements
- Must have a considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 6-8 hours) except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
- Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
- Limited phone use during shifts.
- Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.
Ideal Candidates
- High-volume venue/stadium experience is preferred, but not required.
- Due to the uncertainty of shift times, full availability on Saturdays is essential.
- Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
- Local to Bay Area. Kinetic Events/our clients do not provide travel reimbursements.
