Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential homeowners
- Build strong relationships with customers, teammates and potential candidates
- Speak with customers regarding solar energy and educate them on products and services
- Build and Maintain relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver and execute talent acquisition needs
- Effectively represent and market the Kinetic Innovations objectives, and career opportunities to potential candidates
