Job Title : Payroll Clerk with Accounts Payable Experience
Location : Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay Rate : $28-$30 per hour
Hours : 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and accounts payable, with proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.

Key Responsibilities :
- Process payroll for up to 50 employees, including timesheets for contract employees- Payroll is 2 days a week.
- Assist in all areas of accounting, including accounts payable, debit / credits, and general ledger accounting.
- Utilize proprietary accounting software to manage financial records.
- Collaborate with a small team of 4-5 members to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
