Are you a bilingual (Spanish/English) IT leader ready to coach a high-performing team and drive technology for a major retail organization? We’re recruiting for an enterprise-level retailer seeking an
IT Support Manager to oversee their IT support crew and keep store tech running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily IT support operations, ensuring fast troubleshooting and user satisfaction.
- Serve as a Tier-2 escalation point and manage relationships with IT vendors and contractors.
- Build policies, processes, and projects that meet operational goals and compliance needs (PCI, CCPA, GDPR, etc.).
- Maintain hardware/software, manage ticketing systems, and report analytics to leadership.
- Travel (20%) to retail sites for hands-on IT installations and support.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field).
- 2 years of management 2 years in help desk roles.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (more languages? Even better!).
- Experience with POS systems, Windows OS, networking, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and Active Directory.
- Leadership chops with strong communication, process improvement, and teamwork skills.
- CISSP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus!
Schedule & Physical Requirements:
- Full-time, exempt role with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift/move 30 lbs and push/pull 50 lbs.
