In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things IT in our LA office-helping your colleagues with everything from troubleshooting laptops to supporting key business applications like ERP and CRM. You'll work closely with our HQ IT team in Europe, learning from experienced professionals and helping us expand our presence in the US.

Main responsibilities
Applications Support
- Working with Key Users (1 st level support) to provide support for ERP (Infor M3), CRM, Magento eCommerce : Provide advanced support (2nd level), ensuring functionality, stability, and issue resolution
- BI and Reporting Tools : Support reporting processes
- Supporting dealers to implement ST / ST APIs or EDI flows
- Supporting & enabling collaboration with external parties (3PL; Distributor)
- Collaborate with HQ and software vendors to optimize application performance and implement system updates or new functionalities required for US market
