- 5 years of sales or account management in HVAC controls / building automation / energy services field
- Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, controls hardware and facility systems.
- Solutions approach supported by technical applications understanding to relate well to chief engineers and facility managers.
- Business acumen - able to add value to financial decision-makers
- Leadership - proactive nature with strategic vision to build a market and assemble the people and resources to deliver.
- Sales Execution and Account Management - Relationships, substance and follow through.
