Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Address payroll-related inquiries regarding deductions and tax withholdings.
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits and process improvements.
- Provide payroll-related support to the accounting team.
Requirements
- Associates degree in accounting or a related field.
- 2 years of payroll experience.
- 2 years in a customer-facing position.
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software, with the ability to learn new systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Stable work history and ability to pass a background check.
