Job Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support as part of 3-tier system
• Support and assist with file system management
• Apply routine patches to systems across organization via remote administration tools
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and document remmediations
• Plan and test disaster recovery processes
• Network Access Control testing and configuration
• Web Security controls and testing
• Assist with hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance
• Deploy updated images to end-user workstations
• Apply updates and optmizations to existing server environments
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory administration
• Manage cloud user accounts (ie. Google, O365, AWS, etc)
• Assist with Managing Virtual Environments and License Servers

Students must be currently enrolled and in good standing with the University.
