Job Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal performance of FinancialForce systems and products built on the Salesforce Platform.
• FinancialForce platform maintenance including upgrades, configuration, and optimization.
• Develop business automation using flows, approval processes, APEX scripts, etc.
• Build custom reports and dashboards.
• Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups.
• Evaluating and installing new Salesforce and FinancialForce releases.
• Performing database maintenance tasks, including data upload and data cleanup.
• Develop and implement a continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) process using Salesforce DevOps Center.
• Create documentation for new features and processes.
• End-user support.
• This full time poistion is on-site at our corporate office in Cincinnati, OH.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
• 2 years experience creating and using Flows.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
• Experience working as a part of a team.
• Exhibits excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
  

Education Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, a related major, or equivalent experience.
• Nice-to-have:
• Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification is a plus.
• Interest in other IT-related tasks and automations.
