About Company: Vertex is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join its Salesforce Practice. As a key member of the Salesforce team, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. This role will focus on system configurations, user management, data integrity, and process automation to support business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and page layouts.
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Implement automation processes using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to streamline business operations.
- Maintain and enhance system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end-users.
- Oversee data integrity, deduplication, and cleanup processes to ensure high-quality data across the Salesforce platform.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, third-party applications, and middleware tools.
- Assist in the design and deployment of new Salesforce features, including evaluating and implementing AppExchange solutions.
- Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and support sessions to ensure effective user adoption.
- Monitor Salesforce releases, stay updated with new features, and recommend enhancements for business processes.
- Support the development team by providing configurations that align with technical solutions and business requirements.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are preferred.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, process automation, and security settings.
- Experience with reports, dashboards, and data management within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of integration tools and APIs to connect Salesforce with third-party applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in working with offshore and onshore teams is a plus.
